Some people are really good at doing this on their own, but I think every once in a while, we all need an external system in place just to make sure we’re keeping up progress on our personal or professional goals – meeting with your voice teacher or coach regularly is an obvious first step for singers. Some other friends recently started a private Facebook group where folks can post daily on what steps they’ve taken that day, or what struggles they’ve had. It’s working great to far! Some people are focused more on fitness/health goals, and others more on vocal goals.
Do others out there have ideas for systems to help hold yourself accountable?
