    Does anyone have any favorite exercises for strengthening their core as it specifically relates to our singing needs? In particular, exercises that strengthen the Intercostal muscles?

      I think yoga’s always good for core and the yogic breathing that the instructors guide you through (depending on where you go I suppose) would probably help. I’ve always found more active movement to help a lot. Not necessarily running, I mean more like dance, kickboxing, Cross Fit, gymnastics and whatnot. Things that require stability while also making you move enough to breathe more heavily. What kinds of exercise do you have experience with?
