All right, kids… I won’t lie. Getting up early is not my forte. I actually really like being up early, I just don’t like getting up early and I’d like to get over that and start doing something with the first few hours of my days. Has anyone tried those alarm clocks that wake you up with stuff like forest sounds and slowly brightening light? Or have any of you accomplished this in other ways? I’d love to make a habit of it eventually. Is the secret really just to get to bed earlier? Because I’ve tried that and unless there’s some kind of witchcraft that I’m not doing right, it doesn’t work — even if I do fall asleep relatively quickly, I still end up sleeping until around the same time.
Any ideas out there?
